Here we find a central white pearl, with a diameter of 0. 20cm and flanked on each side by an old mine cut diamond, for an estimated total of approximately XNUMXct. The three protagonists occupy the entire central part, embraced by the stem and the two shoulders, in 14K yellow gold, which were worked to give them a more pointed shape.
